Conference Centre
The new conference rooms blend old-world elegance with state-of-the-art technology. Facilities include a casual reception area with private phone booths and reading chairs, a lecture room with flexible seating plans capable of accommodating up to 125 people, private wood-panelled dining rooms, and a boardroom with a spectacular 28-foot oval table made of mahogany (with ebony inlay) dating from the early thirties. The decor tastefully evokes the pensive atmosphere of a 19th Century English drawing room, complete with period furniture and engravings by Hunt on the walls. The conference facilities – once reserved for the exclusive use of Sun Life Board Members – are now available to all tenants in the building and are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

The Conference Centre can be used for a wide variety of functions and events including executive meetings, training workshops, corporate dinners, cocktail parties, continental breakfasts. Tenants can host clients or their own employees in the Conference Centre.
