Signage: All Sun Life Building tenants are invited to display the name of their company in the general directory and at the main entrance of their offices. In addition, Bentall Kennedy will be happy to announce the arrival of a new tenant in the building.

However, to ensure consistency in signage, we ask that you obtain consent from the building Manager before installing signs. Please contact the Management Office at 514 393-7725. We will be happy to provide our support to ensure that you are in accordance with our established signage policies.

Keys and Access Cards:
The building Management office provides keys and access cards to tenants. Keys open the main doors to the leased offices. For security reasons, after business hours, access cards must be read by the card reader at the night watchman’s office. Access cards also give access to elevators but only to the floor where the employee is authorized to go. Replacement costs will be charged for lost cards or keys. Should this happen, please contact Security at 514 393-7700.

Rent Payment:
At the beginning of the year, you will receive a notice stating all costs pertaining to your leased space.  Rent payment is due on the 1st day of each month. Your cheque must be made out to Sun Life Insurance Company of Canada and 1155 Metcalfe Complex LP and forwarded to:
